At Blooma, we create sculptural objects that help people bring life to their spaces and their stories. Our custom order process is designed for clients who want something personal, intentional, and curated for every occasion.
We specialize in custom, small-batch design work for homes, brands, restaurants, wellness studios, and creative spaces.
Each piece is created through a collaborative process that balances your vision with Blooma's design language, material capabilities, and production methods.
How It Works
1. Submit an inquiry
Tell us what you're envisioning. Include details such as the type of piece, size, colors, timeline, quantity, budget, and any inspiration that may help guide the project.
2. We review your request
We'll determine whether the project aligns with our current design capabilities, materials, production process, and availability.
3. You receive an estimate
If your request is a good fit, we'll provide an estimated price range, production timeline, and any important design or material considerations.
4. We refine the concept
Depending on the project, this may include sketches, digital mockups, inspiration references, or a written design direction.
5. You approve the design
Each custom order includes one round of design revisions before production. Additional revisions may require an added design fee.
6. We create your piece
Once the final design is approved, production begins. Your piece will be reviewed, finished, packaged, and prepared for pickup, local delivery, or shipment.
Custom Order Limitations
Blooma pieces are created using 3D printing and small-batch production methods. Because of this, every piece carries its own subtle material character.
Visible layer lines may be present and are a natural part of the 3D printing process. Slight variations in texture, color, finish, and form may occur between pieces.
Custom pieces are also subject to size, material, structural, and production limitations. Oversized objects, extremely thin forms, top-heavy designs, outdoor-use pieces, or highly complex requests may require design adjustments or may not be possible.
Most Blooma pieces are best suited for indoor use. Prolonged heat, direct sunlight, or outdoor exposure may affect the shape and finish of certain materials.
We are unable to directly replicate copyrighted designs, branded objects, characters, or the work of other artists. All custom pieces must align with Blooma's original design language.
Revisions
Each custom order includes one design revision before production begins. A revision may include changes to size, proportions, color direction, or design details.
Additional revisions beyond the included may be subject to added design fees.
Once a design has been approved and production has started, major changes may require a new order or additional production fees.
Timeline
Custom timelines vary based on complexity, size, materials, quantity, and current order volume. Most custom pieces require approximately 7–21 business days from final design approval.
Personalized and made-to-order pieces may require up to 10 business days before shipping or delivery unless otherwise stated during the inquiry process.
Payment
A deposit may be required before design work begins. Final payment is due before production, pickup, delivery, or shipment.
Because custom pieces are created specifically for each client, custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once the design has been approved and production has begun.
